Engagement: a combined Style Strand Media and ANtreliX analysis of a vacation rental client’s multi-year booking history. Out of respect for client confidentiality, names and specific figures are shared privately, on request.
Challenge
Businesses often collect large amounts of customer, advertising, booking, and website data without converting it into practical decisions.
Approach
We evaluated customer segments, booking behavior, repeat customers, seasonal trends, geographic markets, property categories, advertising timing, direct-booking conversion, and loyalty opportunities — across tens of thousands of individual reservations spanning several years.
What the analysis surfaced
- The loyalty economy. A precisely defined repeat-guest population was shown to generate a disproportionate share of all bookings — reshaping where marketing attention belongs.
- A prime retention audience. Guests with multiple stays were isolated as a distinct, high-value segment for dedicated campaigns.
- Seasonal and geographic demand patterns that changed how campaign timing and budgets are planned.
- Property-category insights connecting inventory positioning to actual booking behavior.
Business value
The analysis moved marketing discussions away from assumptions and toward specific customer groups, high-value opportunities, seasonal patterns, and actionable business priorities.
